Wes Christian, one of the attorneys for ITIS, said, "...This recent ruling will not deter our team of lawyers from pursuing justice for our clients, who we believe have been victims of the largest orchestrated commercial fraud in U.S. history."

ITIS suing Valentine is like someone suing a street hustler for ripping them off in a game of Three Card Monte. Nevertheless, I'm pretty sure Valentine didn't warn ITIS that there was a substantial chance people associated with his firm would do their best to cause the stock price to plummet shortly before the conversion date, so they certainly have (or should I say had) a case. I find it humorous that Attorney Christian would actually allow himself to be quoted in a press release about how he just lost the "largest orchestrated commercial fraud in U.S. history."
