CHRB - what a rocket. It'S a holding company. It appears that it's only at book value now, trading at $13

ATS still miles away from book value ($6.35 book value per ADR). I'ts profitable, undervalued and in a hot sector with network effects (satcom). They are an "early follower" among Asian satcom firms. That's usually not bad position commercially.. You don't have to "learn" efficient operations from scratch and can avoid costly mistakes of others.. But still early enough in the game to enjoy an entrenched position in the market. I read their current satellites are almost fully booked. This means additional contracts will be able to be supported by their new satellite, to be launched September 2003..
