I believe it took months longer to field 1/2 or less the size of an attack force.

But the technology, process ignoramus don't remember what they say from sentence to sentence, never mind considering the time integration of a large military force.

Yes cutting the military in 1/2 greatly reduced the supposed rate of spending increases under mr. bill.
