If Ms. or Mr. Moor - whichever it is, it makes no difference to me, but I am interested that you know enough about CyberTrader staff to know this, and to make the remark that he or she might have a nice family (which explains quite a bit to me about 2001) - wishes to sue me for that statement I would be happy to respond.

Somehow, I don't think she or he will. Why? Because it is the truth, plain and simple.

My detractors here just do not seem to get the picture here. First you blasted me for all-talk-and-no-action, now you tell me maybe I don't have any evidence for what I say. If you knew anything about me personally or about my family you would realize that I would not waste three years of my life, nor make such statements, if I did not have a mountain of evidence proving every last allegation.

No we are in Court. The next few months promise to be very interesting. We are merely in the beginning. There are many more issues to come out. You can believe that or not, but if you don't, you may wish to refer to my statements two years ago. One thing I do not do is play poker and bluff these people. If they still think I am, then more is the pity for them. If they continue to underestimate me and this case, likewise.
