By definition, any anti-American government, political party, or leader, is un-democratic. freedom = the same liberation = anything the U.S. Army does stabilization = de-stabilizing anti-American governments defensive pre-emptive war = (1) war of aggression (2) same as liberation evidence of WMD programs = the same as finding actual WMD
