It seems the Courts don't agree with you,

anybody can sue anybody for anything....until you have a judgement against them, this statement is premature.

first of all, and the defendants clearly are quite concerned as well, because they are allergic to a jury.
If they were so allergic to a jury, I would think that they would be actively pursuing an out of court settlement. Are you getting lots of offers for out of court settlements?

So far, it is not I but defense counsel who have lost their tempers at this "upstart pro se plaintiff who thinks he would dare file anything against us."

Is that an actual quote?..yeah right. Maybe they are losing their tempers because you don't know legal procedure.....who knows

By the way, I do believe the defendants think my father is drafting the briefs for me. LOL! As if he had any time in his retirement, considering his public service. If this delusion serves to make you feel better, so be it.

Why on earth would this make me feel better? I have no idea who your father is, nor do I consider it relevant to the discussion. What is your purpose in bringing up his "public service" in this forum?
