sounds like they aren't so fearful of a jury afterall.

Uh, check the record - only one defendant has answered the Complaint - and that one then later joined in a motion to compel arbitration.

However, if you want to call them all up and convince them to change their minds, and waive their previous arguments, well then we might even come one day to see eye to eye!
