If AT&T is increasing capital spending, perhaps the other carriers are too? If so, LU could only benefit.

The tree has been shaken so hard in the last three years that there are only a few leaves still managing to hang on. People are still making money buying and selling this stock at this low price. Buy at $1.75 and sell at $2.00 and you've done all right for yourself. A little bite here and a little bite there ... just don't get to greedy!
