KC, you are stretching a point. All those midwest USA states are clear of Toronto, with some room to spare. I think the problem for Canadians is that they have Canada divided in two. West = that west of Ontario. Midwest = Ontario. East = the damn French and those MickeyMouse states somewhere out in the Atlantic [but no sniggering at the Newfies].

But really, the west is British Columbia and maybe one or two of the cornbelt. Midwest is one or two of the middle provinces. But putting Ontario in with 'west' is nuts. Okay, it's not the middle east or far east, but it's definitely and eastern state.

Also, I'm not surprised that Canada has CDMA. But I am surprised that Malcolm didn't know he has CDMA phragmented photons going through him as I write. Good marketing should have got through to him. I suppose it takes time for peace, light, harmony, happiness, health, prosperity, longevity, fun and love to reach the darker corners of the human menagerie.

Hey, Malcolm, come out of the dark recesses of the concrete jungle and experience the joys of CDMA2000.
