Hey Neighbor! How's it going, Murrey? What's the coffee shop saying? <<Cash (And real estate) continues to be my safe haven.>> Smart. Even during in this recent run, I've kept a high cash position. There were a couple of times in this run that I was almost fully invested with the trading part of the pie, but generally, I'll try to keep a high cash position even when playing the swings. Also, I'm still diversifying in real estate, which I've done for years. I just came back from Colorado this weekend (Kobe Bryant territory) after making an offer on another piece up there. Your strategy has certainly helped preserve your capital and ya know that is rule 1. Hope you're having a good Sunday up in the hills. RR
