Count, my opinion of you (yes, a "loon") as well of your case, are based solely on what you have written here. I know nothing else about the case or the individuals involved. I certainly have no favorable predisposition toward the defendants or brokers in general. Perhaps you should read what you have written here, as well as have a trusted friend who is willing to be honest with you do the same. You have provided plently of evidence that you are as loony as Daffy Duck. If what you present to a jury is the same as you have presented here, I think it likely they will come to the same conclusion. Perhaps that's not the case, and you simply don't express yourself clearly. Again, read what you've written, and try to understand how it could be taken that way.
