I am always glad to see immigrants do well, even if they are from the UK, rather than Guatemala. Some of my ancestors, in fact, were British, emigrating in the 1880s. Some were Italian, emigrating around the turn of the century, or Latvian Jewish, likewise around the turn of the century. I think that immigrants often appreciate America more than others, and pass it on as many generations as possible.......
