It is "non-existent" until it is proven- like leprechauns- I think I will figure they too are "non-existent" until proven. But some people like to assume the unproved exists- I totally understand that, I just can't ride on that bandwagon. :-) If you infer intent from hostility in speeches to the US- WHAT must the French be inferring from our rhetoric? I think they should immediately launch a preemptive attack, don't you? After all, we have shown both intent and capability. What more do they need? I think your whole rationale in this matter is a foolhardy and wanton way to wage foreign relations. You would not want other countries using the justifications you so blithely allow Bush to use. Think about it.
