You forgot the balsam wood drone that Saddam was going to pilot to the White House while wearing his chemical suit, carrying those Nuke papers and parts dug up after 13 years just after he relieved himself in those mobile "caustically cleaned" toilets and all in just 45 minutes.

Think the Iraqis had time enough to bury and destroy the evidence....???

In fact, Sadam claimed that he had all chemical weapons destroyed in the early 1990s; his son in law that briefly defected to the US [and was stupid enough to go back to Iraq] said in his debrief to the US that everything was destroyed in the early 1990s.

Facts:

Things that have been discovered/found out in Iraq:

Al-Samouds (banned weapons capable of being used to deliver WMD)

If I show you something and you claim you discovered/found it...that's pretty shoddy. The Al-Samouds were in the process of being destroyed by the Iraqis under UN supervision. The only reason we "discovered" them was because the invasion stopped the destruction procedure.

Chem suits and atropine injectors. (Did Saddam think the US was going to use VX?)

Certainly the US has a record of using WMD. It's been in the news that the US has 30,000 metric tons of bio-chemical weapons. One of the beauties of the vague threats that the Administration levied against Iraq is that WMD were not excluded. The US brought decontamination vans, chem suits and a whole lot of medications for chemical warfare.

Mobile biolabs just like the ones defectors described.

There were no mobile biolabs found. There were mobile vans that were found that maybe could have been used as biolabs, but there was no evidence of any kind that they were used as biolabs at any time.

Nuke docs and parts buried in the yard of an Iraqi scientist.

That were buried in the early 1990s by that Iraqi scientist. We know that Sadam had every opportunity after the inspectors were pulled out of Iraq to dig up those documents and resume the nuclear test program. He didn't and we have no evidence that the regime even knew they were buried. The scientist may have buried them on his own initiative for future potential benefit. And he did get benefit.

Salman Pak- a terror training camp....

Are you referring to the one in Northern Iraq which was not under the regime's control; but rather our buddies the Kurds?

Abu Abbas ( a convicted terrorist killer)

Every country in the world most likely has a resident terrorist.

Saddam's payments to homicide bombers

Saddam made no payments until after a suicide bombing. How many of those "checks" did the suicide bombers cash?

Now, whether the Niger story is true or false,

The documents were forged. There is no other evidence. You might as well claim that Iraq was trying to get uranium from Britain and that might be true of false.

it is clear that in viewe of the failure to come clean under 1441 Saddam was up to something and that he had ties to terror. Saddam had 12 years to avoid this result. The Bush doctrine applies.

It's easily explainable as an issue of sovereignty and pride. There is no evidence found that Saddam was up to anything. Not only have we not found any WMD; we have not found any documents, no information on any hard drives; there are no informants that can point out where any thing may have been buried or destroyed. You can't completely destroy anything; there's bound to be some residue of the destruction.

The Bush Doctrine: When approval ratings drop below 50%...bomb someone.

Your list is abysmal.
