U.S. May Tap Oil for Iraqi Loans The White House weighs a plan to pledge future revenue to finance postwar reconstruction. Critics question the effort's legitimacy. They don't have much of a choice. The left over insurgents who the administration CLAIMS are disorganized and don't have a centralized command are sabotaging the oil lines. Every time production gets up and running, another sabotage occurs. Whereas it was expected that in July production would be back up over a million barrels, they will be lucky if it hits 400k. Since money is needed desperately NOW, they can't wait to the oil starts coming out on a regular basis. Its a mess.........a very bad mess! And the American taxpayer is on the hook! Stupid is as stupid does!
