What the heck does your rambling reply about "obstruction of justice etc. etc." have to do with what is contained on a 1099-B form? Now do you understand why I find humor in certain replies? And as you've done in the past you skirt the issue ... and I probably shouldn't mention that the text I quoted used the word "responsibility" (as in ... It is the customer's responsibility to calculate gains or losses). It seems to me you don't like the word "responsibility". < If you think people being destroyed by criminals is some kind of game to laugh at > You've made that kind of reply twice, directed at me.
