What the heck does your rambling reply about "obstruction of justice etc. etc." have to do with what is contained on a 1099-B form? Now do you understand why I find humor in certain replies? And as you've done in the past you skirt the issue ... and I probably shouldn't mention that the text I quoted used the word "responsibility" (as in ... It is the customer's responsibility to calculate gains or losses). It seems to me you don't like the word "responsibility".

< If you think people being destroyed by criminals is some kind of game to laugh at >

You've made that kind of reply twice, directed at me. I challenge you to find ANYWHERE here on SI that I made such remarks. You apparently decide to twist general remarks to meet your agenda. Post for me and others where I stated what you implied above. I'll be waiting ....

< It certainly however does show your moral character >

My moral character has never been questioned. Keep up your emotional outbursts. You've so incredibly easy to "read".

I am looking forward to their explaining how while the NASDAQ rocketed a majority of the clients they advised were completely cleaned out

When you say "advised", are you saying that you hired these people as financial advisors? Like a financial advisor who works for a broker like Merrill Lynch or UBS, who has a Series 7 and a Series 66?

I'm still having a problem with losing $10M. Were you using protective stops?
