The CFR material summarized the situation adequately. Do you know who won the Civil War? Do you need to cite all of the battles and the outcomes to prove it?

I did not say that CFR claimed a war was necessary. That was not the issue, the fact that there were substantial ties between Saddam's regime and terrorist organizations was the point at issue.

The rest is not worth arguing with........
