Of course. It will be silly to expect this administration to help anybody but themselves. They don't care about the Iraqi people, they don't care about the poor people in the US... heck, they don't even care about American soldiers who fought for their country in previous wars.

LOL, chrissy, the traffic in thousands of places in the US is not under control. A traffic jam indicates a moving city with folks moving around freely. Thank you for that great news of Iraq having traffic jams. The people have fuel for cars and a reason to be out and about. No fear, just using liberty to pursue happiness.
