The humor I find is in areas where you seem naive, uninformed and/or just plain ignorant. Shall we start with the 1099's, or how about Mrs. Moor, errrrr Mr. Moor, or is it Ms. Moor .... oh, you know ... that person named Moor. Comprehendo amigo?

Now, again .... please post for ME and others where I stated that I found humor in the following, that YOU stated: "If you think people being destroyed by criminals is some kind of game to laugh at .." Or are you not going to take responsibility for making the above remark even though it is directly extracted from your reply?

And last, have the defendants been convicted? Are they now officially "criminals" as you seem to allege above? I thought in the US people were presumed innocent until proven guilty.

And please don't bother responding ... in virtually every reply to me you ramble on about all kinds of peripheral tangents and sidestep facts and direct questions.

Sorry, I need to get back to trading.

The reason he doesn't have the facts is because you've refused to supply them.

You want the Court of SI to rule favorably in your case, but you refuse to reveal all of the facts.

Somebody here asked you if the $10M was your net loss, or if that represents only losing trades. He asked if you had offseting winning trades that would make your net loss less or even a gain.

This, juxtiposed with your comments made in 2001 stating that you feel you have a good trading record, raises suspicion that you may not be representing your loss fully or accurately.

Care to answer that one? It's a pretty easy one.

Was the $10M the net loss from all trades done with the broker defendants?

I can guess your answer - "no comment".
