I didn't ask you about damages, Count. I asked about your loss. You have repeatedly stated here that you sustained a $10M loss.

We both know (or should) that damages may be more or less than your losses.

Can you define more clearly what you mean by a "$10M loss"? Did your account values drop by $10M?

This doesn't appear to refer to analysis, Count, but trading:

"Not that is matters, but I am quite proud of my record in day trading. I will not argue it here. If that becomes an issue later, I will provide a great many records proving that my record is not only one worthy of respect, but also that it was one of the few honestly recorded ones in the history of our field."

If you sustained a $10M net loss in trading, is that a record to be proud of? Worthy of respect?

In any case, you said that you were proud of your record in day-trading, not analysis.

Would you like to correct your statement from msg # 1581?
