yes idiot boy, your ignorance and inability to comprehend the implications is samo samo. Such a limited mind. What does it take to have a traffic jam. To many cars for conditions. And if one route is blocked traffics takes alternatives until all the alternatives are jammed. That's a lot of people with a car and fuel and the desire to be moving somewhere. A traffic jam is the cue that lots and lots have places to go and the ability to try. That is a good and positive sign. A dipy blithering idiot would not see that.
