A lot of people, including right wingers here, think that Bush threw the hydrogen thing out there to try to silence those that are critical of his horrible record on the environment. Notice that it puts off really doing anything for 10 years. We can improve fuel economy greatly RIGHT NOW. Compare this to Shrub's proposal to increase mileage by 1 mpg over several years. We can do that by inflating our tires more. I don't listen to his words, I watch his actions. Del
