Sorry I can't Raymond.. I mean, you, and people who think like you, are CONSTANTLY willing to ascribe the worst intentions upon the United States, its people, government, and in particular any Republican administration who they happen to disagree with. Look at yourself... You admit the last time you were in DC you were protesting the bombing of Cambodia. But where were your protests against N. Vietnamese troops invading Cambodia, repressing its people, and using it as a base from which to launch strikes against S. Vietnam. I've never had the suspicions you have, nor do most Americans. So why blame Bush for your own senseless conspiratorial paranoia?? If the "Bushies" had spent inordinate amounts of time trying to please the conspiracy theorists like yourself, you'd just claim they were straight out lying anyway, BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT YOU WANT TO BELIEVE. And what's most disgusting about it is that you seemingly ignore the facts regardless of the pain and suffering being born by the DIRECT victims of these attacks. You were there at Pentagon City watching survivors of the attack filter out through the pedestrian tunnel under 395.. I WAS. I saw the soldiers and other servicemen, some with blood on the back of their shirts indicating where wounded people had clung to them as they were dragged out of harms way. I was one of the few morons who actually drove INTO Pentagon City to see the aftermath of this event.. I drove north when everyone else was trying to find any possible path out of the city. I spent the entire day and night wondering if this was just the preliminary strike and whether a biological or chemical attack was in the offing for later on that day... As regards any "cover-up", it relates to whether there was sufficient prior knowledge to have warned government officials of the impending attack, not whether an airliner actually hit the Pentagon (instead of a missile or robotically controlled F-16). And THAT is an entirely DIFFERENT issue. Because there were obviously indications that something was afoot. But few people could put the pieces of the puzzel together in a compelling manner that demanding immediate action. Hawk
