SeoulSurvivor,

I left on Thursday at 1:20 pm from Seoul and arrived in Chicago at 1:00 pm....

We'll have to talk to Clappy and he can give us one of his "time, space and motion" gigs <g>

The long and short of it is that time stood still while you
were flying. You blinked and the flight was over. (If it
felt longer then perhaps you got all caught up in the Zen
of flying.) In reality you even traveled back in time.
Perhaps it felt like deja vu while watching that movie on
the plane. That's because you really watched it twice.

The only draw back to having a quick flight like that is
that your birthday has now moved one day to the right.
Your birthday is no longer its normal date each year.

But perhaps that is not so bad. Now everyone has one extra
day to buy you that tie or golf shirt...
