whether Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson or Nixon, would have had to admit to defeat--as Nixon ultimately had to do when Vietnamese troops stormed Saigon and the U.S. Embassy.

When you are trying to convince someone of your pov, it helps if you have your facts straight. Does this guy write without editors, or did the editors blow it? Nixon had been gone for around eight months, when Saigon fell.
