CKP is too big and convoluted for me to get a handle on the finance end of the company.

There is a ton of debt to the company mostly coming due in 2006. Some of it is in EUR's and some in multi currency amounts..also there is a convertible.

One thing that I particularly don't like is that they continue to amoritize intangable assets. Clearly this has been dealt with by the SEC in GAAP rulings last year. Me thinks if you take out the intangables they would not look nearly as good as they do on the balance sheet..

Basically, this is one to just play on the TA as the rest of it is way over my head. LOL After all, I'm just a dumb ol retired cop not a CPA!!!
