Any guesses on how much longer the credit/bond/housing bubble(s) can keep inflating? What event could pop them?

IMO higher unemployment / lack of corporate profits are two fundamental things that will cause USD and RE prices to collapse. Consequently credit (including mortgages) will be withdrawn. Deflation spiral to follow. Greenspan and the government will not be able to resist to market forces.

EDIT: I think everything will be slower than we expect

Since MSFT will now account for stock options it will force all the rest to do the same. The result will be 0 profits which is a good reason to get out of big tech indefinitely imo. Insiders know the real numbers.
