Try not to call rightwingers "idiots". It's weak. Use a more intelligent tact such as "please prove your point regarding --- and explain why --- so you'll be taken seriously".

That way, you force them to debate, their arguments are usually deceptive and you can prove your point intelligently.

This also translates to the 2004 race. Bush is going to have to get away from the buzwords and BS and give us real answers. Hold them accountable, as John Kerry says.
