Wireless networking equipment maker Proxim on Monday said it expects to report a net loss for the second quarter and that its chairman and vice chairman have resigned.
Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Proxim said it expects to report a revenue of $34 million to $35 million, with a net loss of 40 cents to 42 cents per share. Excluding charges, the company expects to post a loss of 3 cents to 4 cents per share. The company said Jonathan Zakin and David King, previous chairman and vice chairman, respectively, are leaving the board of directors and their positions as officers of the company.
