I'm saying you have to be very careful what you use to "excuse" your incursion into the sovereign territory of other countries- and when you try to use something as iffy as "preemptive" war, on the grounds that you were under some sort of imminent threat, you better make sure it is imminent, and there is a threat.

Nice try, X, but that's not what you said at all - you said "so what if Saddam did train terrorists, everybody else does the same, or at least something that somebody will call the same". Which is another way of saying, that even if I presented you with 100% rock solid evidence of Saddam training Islamist terrorists at Salman Pak and sending them outside of Iraq on missions, it wouldn't change your mind about the arguments for war in Iraq.

So we're not really arguing about the quality of evidence, are we?
