I emailed InfoSpace about them and John told me this:

Bob,

We're not able to correct intraday chart spikes on delayed charts right now... there is a problem w/ the admin tool... it may be a week or so before we are able to do this.

And I think when they've got the admin tool working, they might have to go at each ticker, one at a time.
