Every one of these filthy crooked bureaucrats should be fired immediately, along with the so called supervisors who let them get away with this theft of taxpayer dollars. Take this instance and multiply it by a large factor and you see where the massive waste, fraud, and inefficiencies of the government exist. I wish that you liberals would quit whining about tax cuts and start complaining about examples like this one. Eliminating half the bureaucracies and firing half the parasite government employees would do wonders for the budget deficit and the economy.
