I removed them, and he immediately began energetically ripping off the monitors, tubes, and such, with both hands

I hope you guys know what you're doing... Occasionally, those monitors and tubes might be there for a reason... g/ng

It's amazing what some of the new drugs do for stroke victims. Not too long ago that would have been a death sentence.

Thanks so much for the update on Ken, UF! We all miss him, and his puckish humor....glad to see he has quite a bit of sass ... were the nurses amused at him tearing off the bandages, etc?

Bet his family is breathing a little easier as well....
