We are way past the point of taking anything on faith. They are tying themselves in knots here, making a consistent cover story impossible, as everyone tries to make someone else the fall-guy. The Brits blame the Americans, the White House blames the CIA, The Pentagon and the State Dept. have an ongoing Cold War, high-level leaks happen everywhere. The Sec of State says he didn't use the "unreliable" Chad uranium story, but loyally defends the President's use of it.
