You would think that the CIA director would be able to get ahold of that intel (the very-closely-held British intel on Chad). He certainly has enough motivation, now that his own teammates are making him fall on his sword. I thought the Brits shared everything with us.

Blair, too, has a strong motivation to make it public, to silence the growing chorus of critics.
