Marc: Your position seems fair to me. I decided to subscribe to the newsletter because I wanted to know when he thought the bear market had bottomed, and I subscribed when I could afford it, given that I'd lost more than everything I had in the bear market. Luckily I bit the bullet and subscribed about four months before Brinker issued his Bulletin, and being there for that call was worth a lot more than $185 to me.

It's not fair to subscribers or to Brinker to reveal the contents of the newsletter to the world immediately after he issues it. It may not be fair to reveal it at all, now that I think of it. But certainly not immediately.

FWIW I will not be making any statements until several days after any Brinker market calls out of respect for his intellectual property rights. His newsletter has remained at $185 for as long as I can remember and is extremely inexpensive IMO compared to most other letters from people who have reached "guru" status and have a significant following

answer:
I can respect that wish.
Took his newsletter for a yesr, but did not renew.
Did not react to Bob Brinker's latest Buy Signal, because
right now he is only one indicator I follow.
The key question for this board is How do you plan to use
Bob Brinker calls in the future.
