Have not needed or used the tech support as of yet- but as I recall they promised all sorts of 24 hour support and help if one so desired.

I knew nothing about computers when I was trying to purchase it (still don't), but the customer service agents were very helpful and patient on the phone w/ me as I was trying to decide on how to customize it to best suit my husbands gaming hobby.

But like I said I have no experience with actually trying to take advantage of their tech support, so I can not verify their abilities in that area...
