Niger, actually, and several other African countries, I don't remember which.

Congo and Somalia, based on a "National Intelligence Estimate" report last October.

I just watched Paul Gigot on CSPAN with Lamb. He just got back from Iraq with Wolfowitz. Felt things were going much better than reported. There were six reporters along on the C-17 as part of the five day trip. All them them are saying the same. The anti-war crowd will say they are brainwashed as part of Wolfowitz's "Bubble," of course.

I think the reporters over there are anti-war and caught up in the "Vietnam" syndrome. Too bad.
