Thanks for a good post. they used to have a website where they proudly displayed their members, their strategies and their beliefs at newamericancentury.org if you try to visit it now you'll find nothing Interesting. Are they becoming "shy"? lurqer

El polvo: You sure write well. Thank you for taking the time to provide that information. This is so true: the first thing this administration did was declare WAR on terrorists - what a crock. you don't declare war on individual fanatics, you arrest them and bring them to trial. you abide by law. because if you don't you undermine law and render it useless. WAR is just a tool for the lawless - it legalizes murder without due process, without examined evidence, without jury, without judge, without legal representation. anyone who supports war, supports lawless murder - that is a simple fact. I know about the group you cited with that site. I think they're taunting us now because they may well have achieved the control they wanted. I don't know that they care about the US achieving world dominance, instead I believe they are simply using US resources to gain dominance for themselves and a select few corporations - which in some ways are mini-governments. If the US remains on top, fine, but I don't think they care. I wonder if Ken Lay is participating in this...He's still a bud of Cheney had planned to privatize water, a horrible thought. That could still happen...Someone said the next election may not be... The uranium blame game volley alarms me because it could be their way of saying world dominance achieved and they don't care what they say anymore or how often they flip-flop on anything cause there's nothing we can do about it. Or else Bush and company are complete idiots. Or both.

Thanks Dude, That was an excellent summation of the situation in which we find ourselves. Lies don't have much of a shelf life, and Americans are realizing that the arguments for war, were largely lies. It's a little late, but these guys are about to be questioned, hard. Wesley Clark said this morning, that Bush and company came to power looking to take on Saddam and they USED Sept 11 as an excuse to pursue that goal. They then twisted, stretched or omitted as necessary to make a case for war. I loved his candor. I hope he is included in a powerful capacity on the Democratic ticket.
