Brian,

I am turning a bit more positive on the tech sector in general including semiconductor equipment area. I am
at this point willing to bet that we will see a gradual upturn in order for semi equipment companies starting
4Q of this year.

Earning and revenue outlook for Intel at upcoming earning
conference call maybe better than the expectation.
Intel also has resumed PC program for its own employees
(Intel provides free PC for all employee for home use)
which they stopped late 2000.

Sooner or later, companies need to upgrade their old PC
(believe or not, AMAT still uses PC based on Pentium II or III which makes even graphic intensive powerpoint application difficult). With SARS problems abating, China
has started to buy wireless products again. This bodes well for tech sectors in general..
