You probably watched the talk shows I watched. Rice said that that they relied on British intelligence and that the British had reason to believe it and hence the US also had reason to believe it. Rice was asked if the US asked the British for the source of their info. And she said that the IS did but the British did not want to disclose them. So we have all this money spent on the war, all these US lives lost based on info which is not substantiated.
