It's impossible to prove, but when he uses invective against groups of people, it either feeds into an already existing hatred with his listeners or it helps create one among the young and impressionable. How do you suppose a kid (his main corps of listeners, I believe) would interact with a member of one his target groups after hearing one of his tirades? Not positively, I suspect.

Of course, I don't think he should be censored. But if he wants to get down and dirty he should expect the appropriate response...
