How many times this year has her pic been on the front page of any one newspaper? Grab the next stranger you see and ask, "name five things that Laura Bush has done this year." [no google searches allowed.]. No offense intended to Laura Bush, but Dick Cheney has been in hiding so long, I'm not sure that the majority of people know who he is.....68% of the public [recent poll] can't name one Justice of the Supreme Court...not one. Justice Scalia or Justice O'Connor are fairly frequently quoted.....you might even speculate that women would have Justice O'Connor and Ginzburg down. They get a lot more press than Laura Bush does. Ask the next stranger you see who is the Senate majority leader? I do expect that Laura Bush would poll well. [as long as you put ",the First Lady," in the polling question." The Supreme Court polls well. Political figures are not on American's radar screen. jttmab
