No. It was that site that claimed, incorrectly, that FDR suspended the COnstitution. I see no way a President could possibly legally do that. THAT would be a coup. And that would most likely start a revolution. And what those EOs can do depends on what they actually say, not what that ludicrous site says they say. You've made no point here. Are you going to claim "The Wizard of Oz" as your next source? So far, it's as least as reliable as that site. He WAS a sort of dictator. Yeah. An odd sort of dictator. When he wanted legislation, he asked Congress to pass it. When they did and the USSC struck it down, he abided by their ruling. A very odd sort of dictator.
