Please note that I have asked the Court of Appeal to refer criminal charges of perjury against Christopher Rea of Trading Places to the San Francisco District Attorney and the Attorney General. I have also moved to have the Superior Court judge disqualified on the grounds that he gave defense counsel advice, and that he previously and repeatedly ignored critical facts and law and the blatant perjury of Defendants Berber and Rea before his own Court are further grounds for disqualification under California Codes of Civil Procedure. (There's your answer, Jorj, about my knowledge of CCP. I know enough to know that the judge now faces disqualification for giving advice and demonstrating bias.)
