You'd have to loan us some fancy dress-up generals' uniforms, and re-direct our mail and phone calls from Tampa or wherever, because liberians are looking for Made In USA, and must have the brand front and centre ... we can fake you guys' funny regional accents, no problema -g- ... and of course simulating the carrier will be particularly cost-effective now, with fine straight-grained british columbian softwood lumber going cheap here due to the backroom corruptos of Washington ripping off US consumers for 27% on every blesséd stick of it

We have this ex-foreign-ministre guy, Lloyd Axworthy - cbc.ca

ligi.ubc.ca - his Liu Institute ... some interesting pieces there, i haven't read recent ones but he tends to promote involvement in Africa, makes a powerful case for it

Axworthy is capable of listening to our general Lew Mackenzie who knows well your general Wesley Clark, it is said ... so there may be worse politicians around

[edit] - Axworthy, Clark, MacKenzie all get mentioned in this newsletter, which can have quite interesting pieces sometimes - dal.ca
