ML upgraded INTC to a buy:

Excerpt:

We are raising our investment recommendation for
Intel from neutral to buy, and establishing a price
objective of $29. We believe that the street has
underestimated the improvement in gross margin that
Intel should realize over the coming six to eight
quarters.

Better average selling prices should continue to flow
from the shift towards mobile machines, where Intel
sees better pricing, and a shift towards higher-priced
Pentium M processors within the mobile segment. We
also think Intel has been able to price less aggressively
in its desktop processor business as AMD has
continued to struggle.
