You would NOT have a smog ALERT....the smog levels have decreased by more than 80% over the past decade or so, with the advent of cleaner vehicles even though the population of cars has tripled or more! The backwards move to allowing SUV's to pollute and have poor mileage (due to the spineless oil boyz and greedy Detroit) is now coming to fruition....
yes of course there will be smog....but much LESS!.....
