Chris: That kind of belief is dangerous to the USA. Russia was a very big threat. You apparently have forgotten their massive ICBM's carrying far larger payloads then ours. Luckily they did have enough sense to never use them as did we or our world would be ashes now. Now its N. Korea, their country too is in shambles, far worse then Russia ever was, yet they seem to have a madman for a ruler AND THE BOMB. We need the best intelligence we can get and only HUMAN intelligence will work today as so much, especially in N.K. is UNDERGROUND. jdn
