Ken Lay has nothing to do with John Kerry. Lay was previously on the Heinz Foundation board. Kerry's wife is Vice Chairman, but she did not have the authority to dismiss Lay herself. Neither did Kerry have the power to tell her wife or her Republican Heinz fellows what to do with their foundation. In any case, Lay is gone now and has been gone since early 2002. Nobody misses him. Kerry has a perfect right to speak out against Enron. He never took any of their money, nor did them any favors. As opposed to Bush and his crowd.
